As you know, CREF has asked you to take a screenshot from your computer or device as evidence that your lesson took place. Here is some information about how to do it:

You may take two images (one with the time from the start, another image with the end time) or a single image with the end time and lesson duration. Please make sure that the date is visible on the screenshot (e.g. on a Windows computer, the system time and date should be seen in the bottom right corner). Also make sure that the start time and duration of the lesson are shown in Skype or whichever other program you use.

On Windows, press the button 'PrtSc' (on the top right of most keyboards). Open Microsoft Paint (which you can find in 'Accessories') or any other graphics editor. Click CTRL+V to paste. The screenshot should appear. Then just save it. We recommend keeping all screenshots in one folder so you know where they are should they be needed in future.

On an Ipad, you can take a screenshot by pressing and holding the Top (power) button when viewing the screen you want to capture, then tapping the Home button and releasing both.
